Our return policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Cryora Duo orders. If for any reason you're not completely happy with your purchase simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll process a full refund — no questions asked.
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving your return.

How to start a return

Email us
Contact support@getcryora.com with your order number and reason for return. We respond within 24 hours.

Receive return label
We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label. Print it and attach it to your package.

Ship it back
Drop your package at any USPS location. Keep your receipt as proof of postage.

Refund processed
Once we receive your return we'll process your full refund within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?
No. We provide a free prepaid return label for all returns within the 30-day window.
How long does my refund take?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving your return. Your bank may take an additional 2–3 days to post the refund.
Can I exchange instead of refund?
Yes. If you'd like a different color simply mention it in your return email and we'll send out a replacement at no extra charge.
My product arrived damaged — what do I do?
Email us a photo of the damage at support@getcryora.com and we'll send a replacement immediately. No need to return the damaged item.
