Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days and a flat rate of $14.95 applies.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 2pm EST on business days ship same day. All other orders ship within 1–2 business days.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If your order hasn't shipped yet we can update your address. Email us at support@getcryora.com as soon as possible with your order number.
My package says delivered but I haven't received it.
Check with neighbors and any secure locations first. If you still can't locate it email us within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll make it right.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Email us a photo of the damage at support@getcryora.com and we'll send a replacement immediately at no charge.
